How We Do It
We use our own build and refurbishment teams to manage costs and speed of delivery, which play a critical part in the overall business success. The purpose of this business is to build robustly whilst driving efficiencies to ensure properties can stand the test of time.
The business acquisition strategy over the past 5 years has moved from single and Multi-unit residential (1-4 units) to larger development sites under permitted development from 6 – 50 and now to 100 units, all properties are managed and maintained in-house by a team of service providers that have maintained a strong relationship in some cases for 20+ years.
We started in the early 90s, acquiring properties in low income areas and continue to build on relationships with Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We have extensive relationships across many professional entities, enabling us to put together the best professionals to build high quality properties to the private and social housing sector.
